Why This Resource Exists
North Carolina makes much arrest and booking information public, but the record may live in different systems. The Robeson County Sheriff’s Office creates the county detention path and runs the Police2Citizen roster. The state Department of Adult Correction handles state-prison, probation, and parole records. Courts hold later case activity and disposition. A city police department or town clerk may hold a municipal incident report. RCSO Records is the fallback for public booking documents and photographs not shown online.
This site brings those official contacts, source links, and lookup steps together. It does not copy or rehost booking images, and it does not turn an accusation into a statement of guilt.
What You Will Find Here
The pages are organized around the way Robeson records are actually held.
- The home page covers the county roster, Daily Bulletin, booking fields, records requests, court path, state custody, and the law around public records.
- Wanted Fugitives explains the Criminal Apprehension Team and safe warrant-check and tip routes.
- Arrest News maps The Robesonian and the unofficial county indexes, with cautions about stale or inconsistent entries.
- City pages cover Lumberton, Red Springs, and Pembroke police records alongside the shared county booking system.
What This Site Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference resource. It is not connected to Robeson County, RCSO, the detention center, a city police department, NCDAC, the courts, or another government office.
- It cannot release, hold, transfer, or locate a person in custody.
- It cannot post bond, arrange a visit, or send money.
- It cannot provide legal advice or decide what a court record means.
- It cannot promise that an address, phone number, fee, roster entry, or link is current.
Only the originating sheriff, jail, police department, corrections agency, or court can confirm current custody, charges, release, or disposition.
